Poulet Provençal - Whole tender chicken seasoned with Herbs de Provence and roasted to perfection.

Chicken Marsala - Pan-seared boneless, skinless chicken breasts topped with Marsala wine sauce with pancetta and mushrooms.

Bacon & Mushroom Chicken - Pan-roasted chicken breast topped with homemade honey mustard, fresh mushrooms, crisp bacon and mozzarella then oven-baked.  



Blue Cheese -Walnut Stuffed Beef Fillets - Thick-cut beef tenderloin steaks stuffed with blue cheese and walnuts in a Madeira wine sauce.

Filet Provencal - Pan seared filet mignon in a rustic herbed tomato sauce that's perfect for dipping warm crusty artisan bread.

Beef Burgundy - A traditional French beef stew with mushrooms, carrots, onions and red wine served over egg noodles or garlic mashed potatoes.



Pork Chops with Roasted Garlic & Onion Reduction - Pan seared pork chops with fresh mushrooms and roasted garlic & onion reduction.

Roast Pork Loin with New Potatoes and Spring Onions - Pork loin marinated in Dijon - Sage sauce and roasted with assorted new potatoes and spring onions.

Provencal Peppers - Assorted bell peppers stuffed with sweet Italian sausage, zucchini and herbs and topped with a dash of parmesan.


Fish / Seafood

Red Snapper with Tomatoes and Caramelized Garlic - Red snapper fillets stewed in mashed garlic, tomatoes, chicken stock and herbs garnished with caramelized garlic.

Pasta del Mar - Large shrimp and lump crabmeat simmered in marinara and white wine served over linguine.

Tilapia Provençal - Fresh pan seared Tilapia filets topped with a traditional Provençal sauce of tomatoes, olives, shallots, capers and herbs.  



Grilled Lemon-Parsley Veal Chops - Marinated, thick-cut veal chops topped with fresh Italian parsley, lemon peel, rosemary and garlic.

Veal Parmigiana - Tender veal cutlet breaded and topped with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese then oven baked. An Italian classic!

Veal Piccata - Thinly sliced veal cutlet lightly breaded and sautéed served with lemon caper sauce.



Vegetarian Black Bean Chili - A savory blend of onions, bell peppers, black beans and seasonings in a tomato base topped with Monterey Jack cheese, green onions and sour cream.

Assorted Quiche Varieties - Eggs, cheese and a variety of fresh vegetables baked in a flaky crust. Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Portabella and White Bean Cassoulet - Fresh portabella mushrooms, white beans, tomatoes garlic and herbs simmered in a savory stew.


Healthy Selections

Hearty Turkey Chili - A robust stew of ground turkey, kidney beans, plum tomatoes, herbs and spices topped with Monterey Jack cheese. A lighter take on a traditional favorite.

Brandied Shrimp - Large shrimp sautéed in a sweet and savory brandy sauce.   Don't be fooled. This dish is low on calories but big on flavor.

Baked Seasoned Fish du Jour - Your favorite fish filets lightly coated with cornmeal and a variety of seasonings and oven-baked for all the flavor minus the fat.


Ethnic Cuisine

Chicken Garam Masala - Boneless, skinless chicken breast cubes simmered in a spicy, yogurt based curry sauce seasoned with fresh ginger, garam masala and cilantro.

Spicy Shrimp and Tomato Curry - Large shrimp, tomatoes, garlic, ginger and chilies simmered in a seasoned creamy coconut milk sauce and topped with fresh cilantro.

Chicken Soba Noodle Salad - Japanese soba (buckwheat) noodles, carrots, red onion and fresh basil tossed with a mildly sweet vinaigrette and topped with chopped peanuts and fresh lime. (Substitute Tofu for a vegetarian dish).

Mini Turkey Parmigiano Meatloaves - Individual turkey meatloaves topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Roasted Chicken Chimichangas - Chicken, refried beans, seasonings and cheese stuffed in a flour tortilla. A healthy, oven-baked version of this traditionally fried favorite.
